Yes! Poppowls popcorn and seasonings are nut free. There are no nuts, nut oils, or nut‑based salts in our products.
How long should I put the popcorn in the microwave for?
Remove the plastic overwrap and unfold the bag. Place one bag, instructions side up, on the rotating plate in the center of the microwave.
Microwave ovens all behave a little differently, so popping time may need to be adjusted. Do not use the popcorn button. Popping may take more or less than 2 minutes and 30 seconds—stay nearby and listen for when it slows down.
Do Poppowls popcorn or seasoning have an expiration date?
Yes. Poppowls has a shelf life of about 2 years once it hits store shelves. Each box, kit, and seasoning packet has a printed “Best By” date—check the date on your items before popping.
How should I store my Poppowls popcorn and seasoning?

Where do your kernels come from?
Our kernels are home‑grown in the USA by one of the finest kernel growers in America. We use only high‑quality, non‑GMO kernels and oils for our microwave popcorn, so every bowl feels like a blockbuster.

Are Poppowls buckets and bowls dishwasher safe?
Poppowls buckets are food‑grade and dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand‑washing to help keep the shape and the artwork of your favorite collectible characters looking their best. The tops of the buckets are hand‑wash only because of their unique shapes.
Where does your seasoning come from?
Our seasonings are blended in the USA at trusted partner facilities, so every shake delivers big, movie‑theater‑style flavor right at home.
What are your popping instruction?
1. Remove the plastic overwrap and unfold the bag. Place one bag, instructions side up, on the rotating base in the center of the microwave.
2. Set the time for 2 minutes and 30 seconds on HIGH. Stay by the microwave and listen. Stop the microwave when popping slows to 1–2 seconds between pops or if you smell burning. Overcooking can cause the popcorn to burn and may scorch the microwave.
3. Carefully open the bag away from your face. CAUTION: Bag, contents, and steam can be very hot. Open by pulling the top corners only, and open away from your face.
Helpful hints:
1. Kids should not prepare Poppowls without adult supervision.
2. After popping, gently shake the bag before opening for an even distribution of salt and buttery flavor.
3. Leaving the popcorn in too long can cause scorching and may damage or stain the inside of your microwave.
4. Do not stop and restart the microwave during popping.
5. It is totally normal for some unpopped kernels to remain in the bag. Do not reheat unpopped kernels.
